1. Product
1.1 When purchasing cladding from Cladding for Interiors you are buying a product that is handcrafted and artistically designed.
1.2 Cladding for Interiors have full control of the creativity and scope of our products and guarantee no outsourcing.
1.3 The bespoke nature or our product requires us to use only reclaimed timber. So rarely are two boards the same and variations will occur.
1.4 The word ” Natural ” implies under our terms and conditions “an event or act of someone or something that has formed organically” and thus will best describe the timber and processes we use.
1.5 Cladding For Interiors only use reclaimed timber sourced from sustainable forests within the EU.
1.5.a The timber we use as cladding can have natural grain variations, knots, gum vein, blemishes splits and tonal differences.
1.5.b These descriptions are considered at Cladding for Interiors as attributes for the holistic appearance and creation of our products.
1.6 Images on our website are for illustration purposes and we cannot be held responsible visual variations from different devices.
1.6.a Insignificant deviations from the description of goods in particular, dimensions of length, width and thickness do not constitute a flaw in our product.
1.6.b Insignificant deviations from the description of goods in particular, staining, tinting, brushing, sanding and finishing do not constitute a flaw in our product.
1.7 Cladding for Interiors have made every attempt to be able to faithfully display our colors and designs as accurately as possible on our website
1.8 Samples, images, advertising material, brochures or any descriptions of illustrations of cladding are produced for the sole purpose of artistic dialogue with our customers. Therefore, shall not form in part of / or be the basis to/ any type of contractual agreement.
1.9 All artists, colorists and stylists contracted to Cladding for Interiors are under copyright obligations.
2. Ordering & Delivery
2.1 When order cladding from Cladding for Interiors our customers must determine if our products are fit for purpose and are suitable for intended installation.
2.2 Confirmation of orders are made directly to Cladding for Interiors
2.3 Upon request the purchaser will be sent a written quote stating the name and code of the product, amount in square meters , the currency value of the cladding in Euro, production time frame and delivery charges if applicable.
2.4 A contract shall begin when the purchaser and Cladding for Interiors have reached an agreement on all issues.
2.5 To confirm your order a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to begin the process of production.
2.5.a The document stating QUOTE will then be changed to an Order of Purchase, upon confirmation of payment.
2.6 The production time is usually fourteen (14) working days without hinderance.
2.7 During the course of production and or seven (7) days prior to delivery, you will be sent a second Order of Purchase which will request two options:
2.7a First option: The Order of Purchase will request a final payment of 50% prior to delivery.
2.7b Second option: You may cancel the order, and the initial 50% deposit will be refunded.
2.8 Any need by the customer to alter the Order of Purchase (as in the quantities of material or delivery date) must be made in writing and forwarded to Cladding for Interiors.
2.8a If the variation of the Order of Purchase is to increase the quantities. A new invoice will be sent and a new delivery date will be issued.
2.9 If the delivery price, that is quoted is not cost effective, you are therefore obliged to find a courier of you own choosing.
2.10 Once the cladding has left the possession of Cladding for Interiors, the delivery, shipment and physical receipt of the cladding will be the direct responsibility between the purchaser and the organized courier.
2.10.a Tracking and courier info will be sent to purchaser. Photographic evidence of material being loaded will be kept for our records.
3. Installation
3.1 When purchasing cladding from Cladding For Interiors, the precise intent of use is for interior applications only.
3.2 Testing the suitability of goods for the customers precise intent of use, shall be a matter for the customer.
3.3 Specification and direct use of the cladding is outlined below. For warranty purposes, any deviation, professional negligence or abuse of the product will render Cladding For Interiors void of liability.
3.3.a Our cladding is not suitable or designed for wet areas, i.e. bathrooms, laundries, kitchen wet areas, bar tops or benches etc.
3.3.b Our cladding is not suitable or designed for flooring.
3.3.c Our cladding is not suitable or designed for outdoor installations.
3.3.d Our cladding is not suitable or designed to cover horizontal furniture, timbers frames or structures, interior or exterior.
3.3.e Our cladding is not suitable or designed to be installed in direct sunlight.
3.4 The cladding has been tempered naturally and air dried in Greece to approximately 3%- 6% moisture content. Therefore, the cladding has been acclimatized for installation in rooms with ambient temperatures fluctuating between 18 °C – 25 °C.
3.5 If the ambient room temperature fluctuates to below or above 18 °C – 25 °C, natural movement of the timber will occur and does not constitute a flaw in the product.
